The job market is broken. Your network isn't.

The numbers haven't moved in a decade. Cold applications have a 2–5% response rate. Somewhere between 30% and 50% of all hires come from referrals - even though referrals make up only about 7% of total applications. The mechanism that actually works at scale is already in your contacts list. Most people just don't use it, because asking feels harder than applying.

What we're building. You add the real people who'd vouch for you - former colleagues, managers, close friends. We monitor their employers' careers pages, surface roles that fit your background, and pre-draft a short referral message your friend can send in under three minutes. No awkward catch-up DMs. No guessing what to say. No hoping a recruiter notices your resume in a pile of 800.
