FWWB is a job referral platform that helps you find open roles at companies where your friends and former colleagues work, and facilitates warm referral introductions. We scrape publicly available job postings and surface relevant matches based on your stated preferences.

To use FWWB you must sign in via LinkedIn OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, are being used inappropriately.

You may use FWWB to:

• Add contacts (friends, former colleagues) and track job opportunities at their companies
• Draft and send referral request messages through your own communication channels
• Manage your job search preferences and referral history

You may not use FWWB to:

• Add contacts without their knowledge or in a way that constitutes harassment
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce any content from the platform for commercial purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

We collect only what we need to provide the service — your LinkedIn profile information, job preferences, and the contacts you add. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. For full details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page.

When you add a contact to FWWB, you confirm that you have a genuine professional or personal relationship with that person. FWWB is not responsible for how you use contact information or the outcomes of any referral conversations. We never contact your connections on your behalf — all messages are drafted for you to send yourself.

Job listings on FWWB are sourced from publicly available company career pages. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing. Jobs may be outdated, filled, or inaccurately represented. Always verify directly with the employer before applying.

The FWWB name, logo, and platform design are our property. You may not use them without our written permission. Content you provide (such as your preferences and referral messages) remains yours.

FWWB is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that using it will result in job offers or referrals. Job searching involves uncertainty — we're a tool to help, not a guarantee of outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FWWB and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to lost job opportunities, missed referrals, or data loss.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of FWWB after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
