Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Email address (when you join the waitlist or sign up)
• LinkedIn profile data (name, employer, job title, profile photo) if you sign in with LinkedIn OAuth
• LinkedIn profile URLs of contacts you voluntarily add
• Usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the product

We do not collect passwords. We do not sell your data. Ever.

• To send you waitlist updates and product announcements (you can unsubscribe any time)
• To power the core product: matching jobs at your contacts' companies to your preferences
• To improve the product based on how people use it

• Supabase - database and authentication (supabase.com/privacy)
• Resend - transactional email delivery (resend.com/privacy)
• LinkedIn OAuth - sign-in only; we do not store your LinkedIn password or access your connections list
• Datablist - company name enrichment from LinkedIn profile URLs (datablist.com)

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with recruiters or employers.

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@friendswithworkbenefits.com. We will action deletion requests within 7 days.

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, and portability. Contact us at the email above to exercise these rights.

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Waitlist emails are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request.
